About Me

A woman with long dark hair smiling outdoors, wearing a black shirt and small hoop earrings, with a blurred natural background.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from California State University, Northridge (CSUN).

My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and collaborative. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness techniques always tailoring our work to your goals and strengths. I believe healing and learning happens when you feel safe, respected, and empowered. I’m here to support you in finding greater understanding, balance, and resilience.

I am committed to providing affirming and trauma-informed care. As an ally to LGBTQ+ individuals and marginalized communities, I strive to create an inclusive space grounded in cultural humility, compassion, and social justice values.
